I really hope they finish this tale even though I wasn’t the biggest fan, I still need to see how it all ties in to Alien. The concepts are great and I believe The Engineers want to destroy humanity because we failed/refused to worship them. I thought I once read about some provocative stuff that was axed from Prometheus, like the Jews crucifying an Engineer, which is where I’m getting the idea from. If so that’s a shame because that would have been pretty bold and cool to see. It would be the answer to Shaw’s question. The idea is supported by the giant head statues that seem pretty narcissistic among other clues. This is the only franchise I’m really hanging on to see concluded.
