Bloody Disgusting and Dread Central exclusively received a very special letter from Oren Peli, director of Paramount Pictures’ Paranormal Activity (review). While the film received a very small limited release this past weekend (only 12 theaters), Peli is proud to announce that his terrifying low budget haunt film is expanding to 20 markets come next weekend — and it’s all thanks to YOU! Continue to DEMAND THE FILM in your area and hopefully we can blow this sh*t up together as a horror community!
“After a young, middle class couple moves into what seems like a typical suburban “starter” tract house, they become increasingly disturbed by a presence that may or may not be somehow demonic but is certainly most active in the middle of the night. Especially when they sleep. Or try to.”
