Trailer: ‘House of the Devil’ Director Takes On the Supernatural With ‘The Innkeepers’!
House of the Devil fans wait no longer as Magnet Releasing has premiered the official trailer for Ti West’s atmospheric supernatural horror, The Innkeepers, which stars Sara Paxton, Pat Healy, Kelly McGillis and George Riddle. The wait won’t be much longer as it will arrive on VOD December 30 before opening in limited theaters February 3. In addition, a hi-res look at the new haunting one sheet is now inside.
“After over one hundred years of service, The Yankee Pedlar Inn is shutting its doors for good. The last remaining employees –Claire (Sara Paxton) and Luke (Pat Healy)—are determined to uncover proof of what many believe to be one of New England’s most haunted hotels. As the Inn’s final days draw near, odd guests check in as the pair of minimum wage “ghost hunters” begin to experience strange and alarming events that may ultimately cause them to be mere footnotes in the hotel’s long unexplained history.”
Over one month later, Scary Movie is still playing in theaters and still making money, with the franchise’s brand new installment slashing into $224.5 million at the worldwide box office.
In fact, the Scary Movie franchise has now collectively passed $1 billion in theaters!
Scary Movie is headed to Digital at home soon, and a listing on Amazon this week indicates that the film will be making its way to Blu-ray and DVD this coming September.
The film is listed for DVD and Blu-ray release on September 22, 2026.

A whole lot has changed in the horror genre since the Wayans Brothers were in charge of the franchise; their involvement ended with Scary Movie 2 back in 2001!
