Paramount Pictures Confirms ‘Paranormal Activity 4’
This morning Paramount Pictures sent out a press release announcing that they earned $5.17 billion at the box office worldwide. Hiding within the story was a brief paragraph confirming that a fourth Paranormal Activity is well on the way (obviously).
We had previewed this title, among several others, in our Paramount Pictures 2012 horror movie preview.
The Paranormal Activity franchise has pulled in approximately $577 worldwide at the box office alone making it a near billion dollar franchise when you include home video. PA 3 took in a whopping $200 million worldwide, making a fourth film an obvious conclusion.
Godzilla is headed back to the big screen in Toho’s Godzilla Minus Zero from director Takashi Yamazaki (Godzilla Minus One), the official sequel to his hit Godzilla Minus One.
The first Japanese movie to be filmed for IMAX, Godzilla Minus Zero will receive a wide theatrical release in North America on November 6, 2026 via GKIDS.

Godzilla Minus One stars Ryunosuke Kamiki and Minami Hamabe will both be reprising their roles in Godzilla Minus Zero, with Takashi Yamazaki back in the director’s chair.
The film is set in 1949 — two years after the events of its predecessor.
Godzilla Minus Zero marks Toho’s 34th Godzilla film since 1954.
Godzilla Minus One grossed $116 million worldwide, making it the most successful Japanese Godzilla film. It went on to win an Academy Award for Best Visual Effects along with eight Japan Academy Film Prize awards. Needless to say, the bar has been raised by Toho.
With Yamazaki back at the helm, Godzilla Minus Zero promises to be an epic EVENT.
