‘Sushi Girl’ Straps On Snow Boots For ‘Silent Night’ Battle

Cortney Palm, the super hot naked “centerpiece” in the indie Sushi Girl, has joined the cast now filming in Winnipeg is what’s being called a “loose remake” of Charles E. Sellier Jr.’s 1984 classic Silent Night, Deadly Night.
Jaime King (My Bloody Valentine, Mother’s Day), Malcolm McDowell, Donal Logue (Shark Night 3D), Jamie Kennedy (Scream), Brendan Fehr (Final Destination), Lisa Marie (Sleepy Hollow), Ellen Wong (Scott Pilgrim vs the World) all star in Anchor Bay’s Silent Night, which is being directed by Under the Bed and Automaton Transfusion helmer Steven C. Miller.
The slashing begins on a snowy Christmas Eve in Cryer, WI. The normally quiet town is bustling with activity as the the residents are getting ready for the big day. The events take place around the towns annual Santa Parade, which has brought a record number of Santas to town. Deputy Sheriff Aubrey Bradimore (King) is stuck reluctantly working the night shift, dealing with all of the drunken Santas, road closures, and stressed out locals — but things are about to take a deadly turn. A vicious serial killer, dressed as Santa Claus, has made his own “naughty list” and anyone on it is in big trouble. As the body count rises, Aubrey races to discover the killer’s true identity – but in a town full of Santas, shady characters and dark secrets, finding the real murderer will take more then a Christmas miracle.
Malcolm McDowell will play Sheriff Cooper, a small-town hero ready for some big-time action.

‘Attack of the Killer Tomatoes: Organic Intelligence’ Poster Announces August Release Date
The killer tomatoes are back in Attack of the Killer Tomatoes: Organic Intelligence, and the offiical poster for the brand new movie has been unleashed tonight.
Additionally, we’ve learned that the film’s theatrical release is set for this August, with a panel set for San Diego Comic-Con this month featuring the world premiere of the trailer.

Attack of the Killer Tomatoes: Organic Intelligence will be released in select cities across the US beginning August 7th in major cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, San Diego, and others, and expanding to further locations throughout the month.

The film features an ensemble cast led by franchise icon John Astin (The Addams Family), reprising his role as Professor Gangreen, comedy legend David Koechner (Anchorman), Academy Award nominee Eric Roberts (The Dark Knight), horror favorite Catherine Corcoran (Terrifier), comedy veteran Dan Bakkedahl (Veep), Myrna Velasco (Star Wars Resistance), Vernée Watson (Shrinking, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air), and Paul Bates (Coming to America).
Attack of the Killer Tomatoes launched in 1979, followed by 1988’s Return of the Killer Tomatoes, 1991’s Killer Tomatoes Strike Back, and 1992’s Killer Tomatoes Eat France.
The franchise also spawned an animated series in 1990.
