I haven’t had cable or basic TV for over two decades. Seriously, you turn on my TV and you’ll encounter nothing but static. I only have a TV for streaming movies, watching Blu-Rays, and playing video games. A lot of people think I’m crazy for this but I actually love it.
However, when I’m out with friends at a bar or I’m over at their place for some kind of event, I can easily get drawn into whatever is on the good ole’ boob tube. That’s when I begin flipping through the channels to see what else is on. Almost every single time, without fail, I’ll find something that I simply cannot pass by. I need to watch it.
