I’m a huge fan of scores and soundtracks to films. Having collected records for nearly two years now, I can tell you that anywhere between 1/4 and 1/3 of my collection falls into these categories. There’s something amazing about listening to those records and hearing that oft unrecognized character from films stand front and center in the spotlight. The melodies and passages can be absolutely beautiful and at the same time, when it comes to horror, deeply unnerving and terrifying.
Being the huge music lover that I am, I want to recognize a few of these horror scores and give you a chance to hear them as I do.
