THIS MOVIE IS PRETTY F’N SCARY!!
Good movie.
This movie was a big letdown. I had seen it the day it came out, seven years ago, and I thought it was pretty cool. I didn’t get a chance to see it again until last night. Then I realized how shitty it really is. The killer offs people that have absolutely nothing to do with the story. The detective is as stupid as the girls getting killed. When the girls receive threatening valentines, the name of this nerdy kid they haven’t seen since the 6th grade pops up in their mind (I barely remember the names of kids who went with me to high school), they make this quasi-investigation and to fill in about 15 minutes of the default 90, yet they never come up with any straight conclusions as to who’s the killer. Then the final “plot twist”, if I can call it that, is more confusing than SAW IV’s storyline. This movie will certainly burn your braincells instead of breaking your heart.
Silly plot that reminds me of something that belongs around 1981, only missing bad haircuts and cheesier dialogue, the bad acting is already clearly present.
ill bang denise gay slasher
If you just want something to watch then here ya go. Just your average revenge slasher film. Not bad but not good either.
watched it super baked, and it still sucked
its good
I enjoyed it, nothing really new here, but a fun watch none the less
Dissapointing. The movie had potential to be great, but it was OK. The film wasn’t really scary and it was easy to pick who was next to be slain. It comes along, thinknig it’s crahs hot, and ultimately it’s not. The trailer made the film look enticing, and I would be the one in that cinema helping it gross money, but then I would be pissed I paid full price. The film isn’t anything special, and definately isn’t one for a water cooler conversation, but it did have a good death or two.
The plot could’ve been magnificant, and the way the film was set out, just made the atmosphere seem childish. The plot is really what makes or breaks a film, and in this case it breaks.
Denise Richards, is a character and really steals the show with her character, being the typical slut, whos gonna get the chop. Katherine Heigl in an interview stated “If I read the fulll script before accepting, I’d never agree to do the movie”, and the director also apologised for the end product. The film wasn’t that bad to be apologising for, but it just wasn’t awesome.
Overall “Valentine” is a plain horror movie, that could’ve been huge, but failed in it’s exploitation. My rating is 2.5/5.
nothing spectacular kinda stupid but still fun in so weird way cant put my finger on
Ehhhh It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great by any means, I liked the nosebleed thing I thought that was a pretty cool idea. It is a whodunit? film and it very much reminds me of the scream movies except not as good… but there is a decent kill or two in here i’d say its worth a rent if your bored and you wanna watch a movie. It isn’t really scary at all though i warn you so if you want to be scared.. go get something else.
I love it, and while it’s not so scary, some of the deaths are really good.
It was ok nothing scary at all so its a good rental if really bored.
never understood all the hate against that movie. Highly entertaining from beginning to the end. Good plot, nice killer and some nice murders.
Highly underrated slasher film. Great kills, a hot cast, a cool-looking killer and some good chase sequences. It’s just a sexy, fun, revenge slasher. 9/10.
This was a big disappointment, because I really enjoyed Jamie Blanks’ Urban Legend.
Entertaining film. cool little campy slasher. cant forget the eye candy.
This is one of those movies you love it, or hate it. Me, i loved it. I’ve always liked this movie, and enjoy it everytime i watch it. But like i said, not everyone is going to like this movie.
Okay, so it’s not one that you’re going to rave about to your friends. But, it did have some pretty good kills, and the builds leading up to the kills are also pretty good and creative.
If you are like me, and like to watch any horror movie, this movie will prove to have some entertainment value and it’s not the worst choice out there, plus it’s got the whole teenage who done it? thing going on.
DUMB!
‘Valentine’ is a 2001 Horror, Thriller & Mystery movie that is about five women getting murder one by one from a junior prom revenge but one saviour as it’s a slasher movie with a valentine’s day twist. The film starts out ok with the backstory of why the murders are happening & especially the way their happen too (which I have to say I loved the intro of the movie it was the best part), I love the mask that the murder wears as it’s really odd & freaky.
The Movie acting was cheesy & bad for some, but some did show really characters & what the murder would be like which was a great turn, it was a dull slasher movie as you could soo tell who the murder was & who was different going to die in the movie, but even know it was a bad slasher movie it did have some great death scene
this isnt for everyone but i enjoyed it of course there are alot better and alot worse movies. it had some nice kills and decent script
this is a fun movie. a guilty pleasure.
I love this movie. No doubt, it’s a slasher classic and one of the best.
I loved this movie reminded me alot of Urban Legend only with more cheese.
a basic everyday wannabe slasher movie, got very bored towards the end. i only watched this as i was a big fan of angel at the time! something i would only have on as background noise.
