We’d like to welcome a new distributor into the world of horror. Please meet Gigapix Studios, Inc., a new U.S. theatrical distribution company that has access to a print and advertising fund through New Legacy Media. In the company’s announcement, they unveil the first three films in the their line-up: Darren Lynn Bousman’s Mother’s Day (review), Twisted Pictures’ Bill Moseley starrer The Tortured (review), and Charlie Picerni’s The Bleeding, which stars DMX, Michael Madsen, Vinnie Jones and Armand Assante. Red White & Blue, the intense new film by acclaimed director Simon Rumley (The Living and the Dead), has begun production in Austin, Texas. The movie is a collaboration between the multi‐award‐winning Rumley and Austin’s Tim League (founder of the Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas and co‐director of Fantastic Fest with aintitcool.com’s Harry Knowles), who is executive producer. Warner Home Video’s ‘Twisted Terror Collection’

Warner Home Video has announced the Twisted Terror Collection, which includes Deadly Friend, Dr. Giggles, Eyes of a Stranger, From Beyond the Grave, The Hand, and Someone’s Watching Me. DVD Active reports that the six-disc package will be available to own from the 25th September, and should retail at around only $49.92.
