For a Sci-Fi Channel original movie, this really surprised me. The Yeti was not horrible CGI, but a bad man-in-suit, which is a huge step up for that channel, and much appreciated. Also, the plot wasn’t simply ‘people try to survive wild killer animal in wilderness’ like most of Sci-Fi Channels monster movies. This actually had a very engaging character-driven plot filled with suspense and characters that I didn’t out and out hate or think were stupid for the most part.
With that said, there were one or two characters that were indeed stupid, and this being a Sci-Fi Channel movie, the acting was horrible, but overall this movie was a huge step up in terms of Sci-Fi Channel’s original movies.
A disgrace to the Yeti.
Abominable was WAY better.
i agree, watch Abominable instead of this chees, not the good cheese either
this wasnt bad i had good idea of a story but did not deliver:(, average acting, good ideas for kills and half decent Yeti monsters:), for a Syfy movie pretty good:)
