Watchable, but rather pointless sequel/prequel telling the story of the first Frankenstein that died at the very beginning of the first movie.
Flashy and stylish like a long commercial with a story. I couldnt feign an interest in any of it. It annoyed me on a level I cant describe. Weak flash.
This movie fuckin blows. And why is it on a horror website. LOL. Can you guys cover horror, action, sci-fi and horror that would own. But anyways. it took 53 mins to actually see death race and cars racing and it wasn’t even anything cool. it all sucked best action was when the cop cars blow up.
I’ll give it a 3 for keeping me slightly entertain by adding boobs.

Not very good, could have been better, but it’s a straight to dvd title, so what do you expect.
