A bit overrated in my opinion and far less gory than I was expecting, Slimecity Massacre was a bit of a let down. I was expecting a low budget balls out splatterfest, instead I got a couple choice kills and some creative, under used f/x. SCM is a somewhat low key, tongue in cheek body horror flick with elements of the supernatural tossed in. It isn’t bad by any means it just feels oddly restrained.
