‘Halloween,’ ‘V/H/S’ & ‘You’re Next’ Stars Joins Cast Of Indie ‘Proxy’
Named one of the “Seven Fresh Faces of Sundance 2012” by Gen Art, Alexia Rasmussen, along with Alexa Havins (“Torchwood”) have joined the cast of the indie-thriller, Proxy. Directed by Zack Parker of the critically acclaimed Scalene, which releases everywhere on Blu-ray, DVD, and VOD on July 31st, the film is being produced by Parker’s Along The Track Productions, and Faust Checho’s FSC Productions. The screenplay was penned by Parker and Kevin Donner, and is also set to star Kristina Klebe (pictured; Rob Zombie’s Halloween) and Joe Swanberg (V/H/S, Youre Next, A Horrible Way to Die). READ MORE
[OMFG] A One-Man Cover Of The Dexter Theme Song
To this day, the soundtrack to the first season of Dexter is one of my favorite go-to “chill out” albums. Lush music, beautiful melodies, haunting overtones, and more make up for a fantastic musical soundscape that, I feel, perfectly compliments the show. Now, with the upcoming premiere of season six, YouTube user Adam Ben Ezra did a one-man cover of the show’s theme song. However, he didn’t only just cover the music, he also made a video that makes it appear like he is using his instruments to methodically kill his upright bass. It’s a very clever video that perfectly mimics the style and feel of Dexter.
