Ok, I KNOW, it’s not, horror, it’s not scary, and it’s nor bloody or disgusting. BUT, it’s back to the future. And no, don’t get your hopes like I did. It’s not actually a Back To The Future game, but this video that aintitcoolnews.com found shows that yes it could and should happen.

Oh my god right?! YES! GIVE ME MORE! So this mod was made from Crysis, which I have never played, but want to so I can get that mod. But seriously how sweet would it be to see that on PS3 or Xbox 360? READ MORE

So apparently, for some reason, facebook apps are becoming the wave of the future. More video game companies are jumping on board with lots of random viral marketing and facebook’s apps seems to be an outlet. Dante’s Inferno is one of those games. How exactly does theirs work? Well simple. You send someone you are mad at, to hell.

In next weeks episode we will be having a head to head Adam vs Adam (Nev), as they go at it in a 2 sided Left 4 Dead feud. It was inevitable. We knew it was coming, it was really just a matter of time. Well, now that time has come, and as gamers we may very well be the only force humanity has for countering the nearing zombie threat. In films the fat kid with a joystick in one hand and a Snickers in the other is usually one of the first to get eaten alive. We think that because he has trouble getting off the couch he couldn’t kick some undead ass if he truly wanted to. But behind that acne-ridden face is the mind of a killer, honed to perfection over years of mercilessly ripping apart zombies made up of bytes and sprites.

It’s up to us; I’m calling every nerd, geek, loner, and social outcast to ask yourself: are you adequately prepared for the coming zombie apocalypse? If you answered no, read this article and you by the time you finish you will be as prepared as I am for in it contains all my knowledge gathered over a lifetime of undead kickassery. So hopefully by now you have spent at least 1 night this week awake and destroying zombies for hours with some friends. Left 4 Dead 2 is out, and there is enough new fun stuff to keep you busy for a while.

Something you can look forward to is level specific zombies, and weather, objectives, etc. For instance, in Hard Rain they take the south’s wonderful hurricane weather, and they nail you with it. Left 4 Dead 8-Bit Makeover

Yes, it’s EXACTLY what it sounds like. Left 4 Dead has been remade into an 8-Bit Nintendo style wonder. As of right now the infected are a little slow moving as compared to the actual game. And so far there is only a boomer roaming around, but creator Eric Ruth says the rest of the special infected with be added later on. Check it out below.

The game will be available for free download on the PC January 4th. Looks like for right now you can play 2 player co-op, and you can pick from all 4 Left 4 Dead characters. Eric has said all levels from Left 4 Dead will be in the game. I can’t wait!! READ MORE

So for you old school hardcore Resident Evil fans, this will be a treat. Some of you may recall back in the days of Resident Evil 2, if you were to beat the game Leon A, Claire B, Leon A, Claire B, Leon A, Claire B, you would unlock “Tofu”. Now that was the easy way to get Tofu. And take what I say about easy with a grain of salt. If you wanted to do it the “hard” way, you would do it reverse. Claire A, Leon B, Claire A, Leon B, Claire A, Leon B. Yes, you beat the game 6 times.

What does it all mean? The A’s and B’s? Well depending on who you started the game with, Leon, or Claire, when you would pick the other person, the game would change. Either way, you have to beat it back and forth 6 times to unlock Tofu. Some of you are wondering, wtf is Tofu, I don’t get it. You get to throw Tofu or some shit at the enemies? Visceral Games, creators behind the most amazing Dead Space had their newest creation Dante’s Inferno turned anime. The same people who made Ghost In The Shell, and several other anime classics are behind the movie. You can check out the trailer for it below.

Also coming this December, you can stay inside to hide from the snow (depending on where you live) and you can take a nice hot trip into hell with the Dante’s Inferno demo. The “Gates Of Hell” demo will allow you to play your way through the entire 1st level of the game….. READ MORE

Fort Zombie was just released for the PC on Halloween, and there is already an update that just came out to make the game a little more awesome. Included in the update is additional weapons, expanded town properties, and new mission locations.

On top of those the update to Fort Zombie will enhance a variety of game aspects across the board, introducing more sound options, a mid-mission healing system, and improved interactions with weapons and other game objects. You can buy the game online for the PC right now for only $9.99. READ MORE

Black Mirror 2 Trailer

A long while back I posted a teaser trailer for Black Mirror 2. It was basically a slide show, and didn’t really reveal much about the game. Well this trailer, which you can watch below doesn’t reveal much either.

What I could figure out, was that the game revolves around the character Darren, who works at a local photo shop in Biddeford New England. The game takes place in the 1990′s, 12 years after the 1st game. Darren meets Angelina while working at the photo shop, and becomes interested in her. But at the same time, so does his boss, whom Darren is not a fan of. And it gets more unclear as there is a 3rd person who catches her interest. And this leads Darren to investigate why exactly this 3rd party is following Angelina. Nothing much else is known, except that this leads Darren to a few not so kosher places. If you haven’t played the demo, normally I would say sucks for you. But this is one of those games where the demo is such a brutal tease, you crave the game. You want it. You toss and turn at night dreaming of zombie outbreaks. You wake up in a cold sweat wondering, “was I dreaming?”

Left 4 Dead 2 features 4 new main characters, Coach, a high-school football coach, Rochelle, a news reporter for a local television station, Ellis, a mechanic, and Nick a gambler and conman. The new group of zombie killers will start their journey in Savannah, Georgia and end in New Orleans, Louisiana.

I know what you’re thinking, a sports game where zombies play each other in some type of zombie soccer league? Nope. But I definitely thought the same thing. You basically take on the role of a guy that looks like he is in The Gorillaz, as he uses his soccer skillz to destroy zombies. You can see for yourself in the trailer below.

The team that made the game is amazingly enough called “The Super Awesome Hyper Dementional Team”. It consists of bigs in the industry who decided to join together to make exactly what their name implies. With Left 4 Dead 2 less than a 2 weeks away, it’s time we started getting excited. I myself can’t wait to get back that feeling a got the first time I jumped online with 3 of my friends, grabbed a shotgun and went to town on some zombies. The 1st time I got punched in the face by a tank. Barfed on by a boomer. Or the many times I threw a molotov at an enemy and lit a friend up instead.

The game starts out with you, a man who was living amongst the undead for years, and the most skilled vampire hunter has been killed. If you didn’t get it early with your pre-orders, you can now download the Left 4 Dead 2 demo on Xbox Live, and on Steam/PC. The demo is played in “The Parish” campaign, set in the New Orleans French Quarter. You can play 1 to 4 players over local or Internet connections on both the Xbox 360 and PC (with two-player split screen available on the Xbox 360). The game is out for the 360 and PC November 18th.

Resident Evil Archives: Resident Evil Zero exposes the back story and internal tyranny of the Umbrella Corporation and lets players discover the origins of the T-Virus in an epic storyline that tells the horrors leading up to the infamous mansion incident.

Resident Evil 0 begins in July of 1998 in the suburbs of Raccoon City, a small town located in the Midwest. Several reported incidences of people being eaten by a strange creature have surfaced. The Raccoon city police department viewed the terrible murders as a top priority and quickly dispatched a special task force, the S.T.A.R.S Bravo team, to investigate. As the team heads to the scene of the murders, the helicopter transporting them begins to have mechanical problems, eventually crashing deep into the forest surrounding Raccoon City. While the Bravo Team was successful in escaping from the crash, they lost all of their equipment and weapons. READ MORE
