The James Franco/Bruce Cheung-directed post apocalyptic thriller Future World has wrapped principal photography and is now heading to the editing bay.
The film, “…is set in the barren landscape of a post-apocalyptic world, where a young Prince from the Oasis (one of the last known safe-havens) and a robot named Ash go on a daring journey of self-discovery – one that winds through the violent and desolate world of the Wastelands.”
Based on an original story by Franco, Future World was written by Cheung and Jay Davis. It is produced by Andrea Iervolino, Monika Bacardi, Vince Jolivette and Jay Davis.
Future World stars Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil), Lucy Liu (Kill Bill), Method Man, Suki Waterhouse (Pride & Prejudice & Zombies), Snoop Dogg, Margarita Levieva (“Revenge”), Jeffrey Wahlberg, and James Franco.
