‘Life’ Clips: Ryan Reynolds Stops a Malfunction; Jake Gyllenhaal Attempts a Rescue!

If this bone-shattering first clip didn’t already warrant your attention, here’s two more tense clips from Life. In the first clip, Jake Gyllenhaal attempts a rescue, while the other has Ryan Reynolds addressing a malfunction on the ship. There can be no more mistakes – only it appears the first mistake will be most of their last.

Ironically, Rebecca Ferguson nearly nabbed the lead role in Ridley Scott Alien: Covenant, in theaters this May before taking on her role in Life. Hiroyuki Sanada, Ariyon Bakare, and Olga Dihovichnaya also star.

Life tells the story of the six-member crew of the International Space Station that is on the cutting edge of one of the most important discoveries in human history: the first evidence of extraterrestrial life on Mars. As the crew begins to conduct research, their methods end up having unintended consequences and the life form proves more intelligent than anyone ever expected.

Life is discovered on March 24, 2017.

  • They have to be worried about this movie. They’ve shown so many clips and trailers. Concerning

    • Creepshow

Hell, they showed an entire 10 minute scene from Life in the theater before Logan started.

      • Was it during an IMAX showing? I didn’t see that preview during a regular showing of Logan.

But for real, there has been so many clips/snippets for this movie! Probably won’t have to wait much longer for reviews since it premieres at SXSW this week!

        • Creepshow

Nope, just a regular showing. I turned to my buddy and said “Are they gonna show the whole fucking movie?” They showed the whole scene where the black guy gets messed up with his hands in that chamber. He had a little taser that he was zapping the organism with to stimulate it. The organism snaps his tazer, then latches onto his hand and he can’t get his arm out of the chamber. Totally unnecessary.

    • last time a movie was overexposed like that was SuicideSquad

  • Rick-Taylor

Looks like cheesy fun. I will be seeing it.
