Sources tell Bloody Disgusting that filming is about to get underway on The Equalizer 2, a sequel to Antoine Fuqua‘s 2014 thriller that starred Denzel Washington, Marton Csokas, Chloë Grace Moretz, and Melissa Leo.
While plot details are being kept under wraps, we can exclusively reveal that Leo (Snowden, Prisoners, Fighter) will be reprising her role as CIA operative Susan Plummer, which we’re being told is “pivotal” this time around.
