First Look at ‘Elm Street’ Star in ‘Triggered’

Amanda Wyss, who starred as Tina Gray in Wes Craven’s A Nightmare On Elm Street, has just wrapped filming on CWM Entertainment’s wicked new horror-comedy, Triggered, Bloody Disgusting learned.

The film follows a teenage social justice warrior who fakes an attack by a town serial killer and pays the price when the real killer comes after her.

Here’s an exclusive first look at Wyss (also star of The Id and Better Off Dead) as “Gloria Fielding”, the school’s principal, who also had a run in with the killer back in the 80’s.

The film is written, directed, and produced by Chris Moore (Blessed Are the Children) and stars Meredith Mohler and Jesse Dalton as well as Blessed Are the Children alums Arian Thigpen and Keni Bounds. Filming is set to wrap in late October.

I met her at a con this year and she is just the nicest person really good with fans. I’ll have to check this movie out down the line

yeah i met her back in 2014 but she’s amazingly sweet and makes you feel like she’s really listening. she even remembered me when i saw her again a few days later! not to knock other actors i’ve met at the cons but i was very impressed and felt sorta special! 😛 on the other end of the gender spectrum, met Phil Lamaar earlier this year and he too is just so cool and nice and personable.

Cool. Didn’t she do another recent horror film with fellow Elm Streeter Lisa Wilcox? I need to see that too.

It’s a good day any time an SJW gets menaced by a serial killer.
