As IDW Publishing continues its climb up the ladder of some of the greatest comic book publishers in the entire world, the publisher has released news on yet another horror laced mini-series that will begin this September in “5 DAYS TO DIE”. The series was specifically designed for a ‘5 Wednesday’ month, and according to the publisher there will be 1 new issue every week to celebrate the nerd holiday. (Bust out the party hats!) “5 Days to Die follows Ray Crisara, a tough cop who has to make an impossible decision with just five days to live. Available every Wednesday for the month of September, each issue will feature a new day and new challenge for Ray. Raves fan-favorite writer Christos N. Gage, “this is the stuff crime noir fans love!” Each weekly issue also sports a compelling cover from top-tier artists. David Finch does the honors for issue #1, Michael Avon Oeming for issue #2, Ben Templesmith opens issue #3, Gabriele Dell’Otto is on issue #4, and Pablo Raimondi rounds out issue #5.”
