The Lost Tale Of Skinner Sweet Is Revealed In ‘American Vampire’ Issue #12!

Major kudos have to be given to genre scribe Scott Snyder for his work on “AMERICAN VAMPIRE” since legend Stephen King parted ways with the monthly from Vertigo, as the series has continued to be quite impressive in his absence. The newest issue looks to keep the momentum, and inside you can check out a 4 page preview before it arrives in stores February 23rd. Read on for the skinny!

WRITTEN BY: Scott Snyder
ILLUSTRATIONS BY: Danijel Zezelj
COVERS BY: Rafael Albuquerque

“In this lost tale of Skinner Sweet, it’s 1924 when the first American vampire crosses paths with a Wild West show featuring some old pals and enemies from his outlaw days – and he is not happy. From the dying West to flying biplanes, we see how Skinner adjusts to life in the 20th century.”

“AMERICAN VAMPIRE” Issue #12 Drops This Wednesday From Vertigo Comics! (MSRP-$2.99)
