Lazarus AD Host This Monday’s Headbangers Ball

Wisconsin’s champions of thrash, Lazarus A.D., are unleashing their new video for the track ‘Absolute Power’ off the critically acclaimed debut album, The Onslaught, this Monday when the band hosts Headbangers Ball*. The video, like their other two, was directed by Jason Meudt and Emmet Austin of Vision 4 Films and features a brutal underground street fight; if you’re a fan of metal and/or the movie Kickboxer, you’ll dig this video!
The band comments: “Hey make sure to check out HBB this Monday, when the Laz will host and undoubtedly make fools of ourselves (I believe beverages were consumed).
Also just a quick update, we enter the studio in three weeks, we have been hard at work writing, things are sounding absolutely crushing, and we can’t wait for you to hear it. Check back soon for upcoming studio updates.”

Fans can watch the new video for Absolute Power as well as the “making of” segments parts 1 and 2 on the band’s YouTube channel.
In other news; LAZARUS A.D. have confirmed a spot on the massive rock festival held every year in Milwaukee, Summerfest, as well as a spot on the Cool Tour when it rolls through the guys’ home state in late July. If you are in the area be sure to catch LAZARUS A.D. live as the band will be off the road for a bit while recording the follow up to last year’s The Onslaught.
Upcoming Dates:
June 27th – Summerfest – Milwaukee, WI – w/ Nonpoint, A New Revolution
July 24th – Cool Tour w/ As I Lay Dying, Underoath, Between the Buried and Me, Cancer Bats, Acacia Strain and more! – Milwaukee, WI – The Eagles Ballroom
Lazarus A.D. is finally winding down touring to promote their debut album, The Onslaught. They’ve been touring on that album now for over 3 years. During that time, they’ve gone from being an independent local band to becoming one of the premiere heavy metal acts in North America, having played Loud Park in Japan, and joining forces on tour with the likes of Testament, Unearth, Kreator, Bison b.c., Voivod, Goatwhore, Amon Amarth and many more.
