‘Thirst’ Trailer Provides Bite, Intense Vampire Action!

Focus Feature has released the official trailer for Park Chan-wook’s highly anticipated vampire comedy/drama Thirst, which arrives in theaters July 31. The trailer is very representational of what you’ll see, only it appears to be “action-packed.” My advice to all of you who decide to see the film, down two Red Bulls and get ready for two and half hours of Park Chan-wook exposition, mixed with a taste of blood (oh yes, pun intended). The story finds Korea’s leading man, Song Kang-ho (The Host), as a much-loved priest who becomes a vampire after a failed medical experiment; he becomes a tortured and depraved soul.
