In the below video from MTV, Nicolas Cage talks a bit about the sequel to Ghost Rider, which he makes sound like it could be more of a reboot. ““I would like to reconceive [the movie],” he told MTV. “I would like to go in a whole other direction, and I think that’s what they’re talking about.” He continues, “I would make it much less of a Western and more of an international story.” My idea for a sequel would be to recast Johnny Blaze, use less CG (if at all possible), and make it as dark as you possibly can. But I doubt Columbia Pictures could be that daring when there are hundreds of millions of dollars to be made. Damn you money!
