Bloody Disgusting exclusively learned today that Universal Pictures’ The 4th Kind will close this year’s Screamfest Horror Film Festival, which runs from October 16th-25th at Grauman’s Mann Chinese 6 in Hollywood. Tix go on sale starting next week. If you haven’t seen the trailer yet, read on for a look at this creepy alien abduction movie that arrive in theaters November 6. Starring Milla Jovovich, the pic is a fact-based thriller involving an ongoing unsolved mystery in Alaska where one town has seen an extraordinary number of unexplained disappearances during the past 40 years and there are accusations of a federal cover up not unlike the claims directed at the circumstances surrounding the infamous Area 51.
