Screen Gems Shifts Dates for ‘Resident Evil: Afterlife’ and ‘Priest’
Here’s proof that stars don’t know what the f*ck they’re talking about (no offense Milla), but Milla Jovovich was pretty adamant about the fact that Sony Screen Gems’ date change for Resident Evil: Afterlife wasn’t set in stone. Well it was. Screen Gems is moving the Paul W.S. Anderson directed 3-D sequel from its August, 2010 date all the way to January 14, 2011 (boo!). The reason for the shift is to allow more time to complete the zombie flick in post-production. In addition, Screen Gems moved Priest from its October 2010 slot up to August 27, 2010 – just before dump month. Does this mean we should be scared? Click either title above for more info on each.
