Pascal Sid and Julien Lacombe are to direct Behind the Walls, which they tout as the first Gallic live-action feature shot in 3D. The 1922-set fantasy thriller turns on a young novelist who goes to the countryside to write a book and falls victim to terrifying hallucinations and nightmares. While this sounds like it could in a very dark direction, it could easily end up not being BD worthy. We’ll keep our eyes on it and see what turns out.
