‘Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance’ Rollerblades Into Your Home Theater On June 12th

While I didn’t find Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance to be the immense clusterf*ck that most of my peers did, I wouldn’t really recommend the film to anyone. That being said, if you’re already a fan of the film – or a Neveldine/Taylor completionist – then June 12th could be your lucky day.

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced DVD ($30.99), Blu-ray ($35.99) and 3D Blu-ray ($45.99) releases of Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance for June 12th. The only extra material on the DVD release will be deleted scenes, and an UltraViolet digital copy of the film. The Blu-ray releases will include all that, plus a Directors’ Expanded Video Commentary, and a 6-part making of documentary (“Blazing a New Path”, “Patience Is Not a Virtue: Pre-Production”, “We Will Burn This City To Bitter Ashes”, “To Hell and Back: Production”, “Walking in Both Worlds: Moving into Post-Production”, “The Fires of Hell Will Purify You: Release”). The 3D Blu-ray will also include an exclusive 3D Featurette: “Riding Into Another Dimension”.

For those of you considering spending an extra 10 bucks on the 3D version, beware. It’s a post conversion.
