It was announced today that Sony Screen Gems will feature D-BOX’s immersive MFX with Resident Evil: Afterlife in selected theaters on September 10. D-BOX uses motion effects specifically programmed for each film, TV series or video game, which are sent to a motion generating system integrated within either a platform or a seat. The resulting motion is perfectly synchronized with all onscreen action, creating an unmatched realistic, immersive experience. In addition to this news, we got our hands on a special featurette that will take you behind-the-scenes of the Paul W.S. Anderson-directed sequel that brings Alice (Milla Jovovich) back once again for a battle with Umbrella Corp.
