Writer Alan Jones posted a little piece of news on his Twitter account revealing that Greg McLean is gearing up for the long-gestured sequel to Wolf Creek, his Sundance Film Festival selection made for less than $2 million that centered on a group of backpackers who have a run in with a loopy stranger, played by John Jarratt. While already reported last year, Jarratt is confirmed to be returning as the creepy and violent Mick Taylor. The original channeled the classic Texas Chainsaw Massacre for inspiration. Darclight will be producing the Aussie sequel.
