Bush Release Video For ‘The Sound Of Winter’

Raise your hand if you owned Sixteen Stone, the debut album from British alternative rock band Bush. You can’t see it, but my arm is pointed straight at the ceiling. I played the everliving hell out of that album. I’d even go so far as to say that it helped shape my taste in music into what I currently love. Their mix of rock with melancholic beauty really appealed to me and I still love rocking out to Glycerin, Machinehead and Comedown.

Well, today, the reformed band have released a video for The Sound of Winter, which comes off their upcoming album The Sea Of Winter (coming out Sept. 13th). In my opinion, it doesn’t really sound like they’ve gone anywhere. Hearing this song is somehow very comforting as it sounds just like the Bush classics that I grew up with.
Check out the video after the jump and let me know your thoughts!
