‘The Walking Dead’ Gets DVD/Blu-ray Date
Amazon has announced a March 8, 2011 date the first season of AMC’s The Walking Dead, which arrives on DVD and Blu-ray from Anchor Bay Entertainment. The debut season is now available on VOD in HD for $2.99 an episode. No extras have been revealed yet other than: `Making Of,’ Webisodes, Audio Commentaries and Behind-the-Scenes footage. “The Walking Dead” tells the story of life following a zombie apocalypse. It follows a group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes, traveling in search of a safe and secure home. The world has changed and they need to figure out how to survive it. But they need to figure out how to survive one another…
