You’ve got to love a good bit of PR, especially when it related to the best-worst movie of all time, Birdemic: Shock & Terror (review). Apparently, director James Nguyen took to Best Buy to greet fans of his debut film, and to sign the first ever DVD. Get ready for AMAZING.
From a press release: “We are happy to announce that James Nguyen (aka The Master Of The Romantic Thriller(TM)), the director of BIRDEMIC – SHOCK AND TERROR – the film The New York Times called a “High-Flying Cult Hit!” – visited his local Best Buy this past Tuesday on the film’s long-awaited DVD and Blu-ray street date and autographed his first ever copy outside a retail store!”
