What Do the ‘Red Lights’ Symbols Mean?

I was a huge fan of Rodrigo Cortes’ Buried, a suspenseful indie that stuck viewers inside a coffin with Ryan Reynolds for an intense hour and a half. It was so good it’s hard to not be excited for Red Lights, his sophomore effort that stars A-listers Sigourney Weaver, Robert De Niro, and Cillian Murphy, along with Elizabeth Olsen, Toby Jones, Joely Richardson, and Leonardo Sbaraglia,

Lights turns on a psychologist, played by Weaver, and her assistant whose study of paranormal activity leads them to investigate a world-renowned psychic (De Niro).

A hi-res look at the first official teaser one sheet was finally put online with the tagline “Is anybody there?” I can’t help but think this will be a modern Flatliners
