IFC Films has acquired US rights to Adrián García Bogliano (Rooms for Tourists, Penumbra) and Ramiro García Bogliano’s (Cold Sweat writer) Penumbra (Twilight), which stars Cristina Brondo, Camila Bordonaba and Berta Muñiz. The film is described as am Argentinian House of the Devil. It premiered at the Fantastic Film Festival in Austin, Texas.
“The pic tells the story of Marga, a business woman passing through Argentina Spanish who came to show an apartment to rent some potential renters. You’ll soon realize that their “clients” are not what they seem and they have evil plans for her and her apartment…”
