[San Diego Comic-Con '12] ‘Night Of The Living Dead: Aftermath’ Coming In October!
In Avatar Press’ panel, the publisher just announced that David Hine will be behind a new “Night Of The Living Dead” series, which will begin in October. As you can guess from the title, it will be a comic sequel of sorts to to the original Romero film. It follows a young woman in 1970s LA as the outbreak begins, and it will go hand in hand with another “Night Of The Living Dead” series that will run concurrently. See the first cover art below.
The series looks like it will run in a similar fashion as the current gruesome, gory, insane Avatar series, “Crossed”. There was word of a “celebration day” in comic shops across the nation for the release of issue #1 which lands on Halloween.

I really enjoyed the Death Valley series and this looks like a winner as well
