V/H/S is now available on various On Demand platforms (a month before its October 5 theatrical release!)! While iTunes (AppleTV) has it, it’s also hitting Amazon, Charter, Comcast, Google Play, DirecTV, Playstation 3, SuddenLink, Time Warner, VUDU and Xbox Zune via Magnet Releasing. You can find out exactly where to rent it by clicking here.

The filmmakers include Adam Wingard (You’re Next, A Horrible Way to Die, Pop Skull), Simon Barrett (You’re Next, Dead Birds, Red Sands), Ti West (The House of the Devil, The Roost, The Innkeepers), David Bruckner (The Signal), Joe Swanberg (Silver Bullets), Glenn McQuaid (I Sell the Dead), along with YouTube sensations Radio Silence. Now EW has gotten their hands on a new poster from “Walking Dead” artist Tony Moore that draws from Radio Silence’s closing segment “10/31/98″!

Head inside for the whole thing!

Okay well this is my favorite so far, also my favorite segment. The only segment I didn’t care for was “Tuesday The 17th” which I actually thought had some good ideas but was a bit messy. Anyway I really dig this one, and it’s about to become the background on my iPad :)

Awesome is a pretty subjective term. I do not find this awesome.

  • theodds22

    One of my favorite segments!

  • Nothing333

I’d say this was the best segment although it fizzled out in the end. It was still pretty pointless though. Sort of like a cheap roller coaster ride with zero substance.

  • NecRomancer

I think Nothing333 last sentence sums up the whole flick for me. What’s with all these people wasting their poster art on this movie? It’s an overhyped horror for the sake of horror. Pointless.

I completely agree NecRomancer. It was pointless and ill-conceived and not worth my time. I saw it for free and I want compensation!

While I’ve said it before, it’s nice to see that some other folks felt like this film was terrible. At first, I thought it might just have been me.

It was just totally amateur night.

This was my favorite segment, however, poster was a fail.
