Capcom Is Working On A Free Update For ‘Resident Evil 6′, Including Co-op Support For Ada’s Scenario

ResidentEvil6

Here’s some good news for Resident Evil 6 fans — Capcom is prepping an update for the game that will bring with it a new difficulty mode dubbed ‘No Hope Left’, as well as co-op support for the previously single-player exclusive Ada scenario. Ada’s campaign will also be unlocked from the beginning, so you’ll no longer have to work for it, you lazy bum. “Said campaign was meant as a solo affair for Ms Wong, but odds are you’d like to play through it again with a pal – soon you can!” Capcom said on their blog, and I couldn’t agree more. Leon’s is easily my favorite of the bunch, and Ada’s may very well be a close second.

For those of you who might still be on the fence about the game, I suggest checking out our review. For the rest of you, who here’s played the game, and if you have, what do you think of it so far? Do you like what Capcom’s done with the game or is it time for another reboot?

I hate this. No one has to work for anything in gaming anymore. Everything can be pay to win, unlocked from the beginning/preorder, or found online. Sure update the co-op, etc, BUT at least keep it hidden until you beat all three camps.

I liked it. It’s just that after 2 and a half campaigns, I’m already tired of playing. It doesn’t help when you have to occasionally fight the same bosses in different campaigns. Perhaps one day i’ll return to finish for the achievements. Oh, and I agree, please don’t unlock Ada’s campaign at the start.
