‘Warm Bodies’ Poster Teases Zombie Affection

In theaters February 1 from Summit Entertainment is Jonathan Levine’s Warm Bodies, a new kind of zombie film.

Starring Nicholas Hoult, Teresa Palmer, Rob Corddry, John Malkovich and Analeigh Tipton, “The story centers on an existentially tormented zombie who begins an unlikely friendship with the girlfriend of one of his victims and starts a chain reaction that will transform him and his fellow zombies.

MTV just landed the first official poster that declares: “Cold body. Warm heart.” Watch for our report from the set in the coming months!

        Also depends if they are PAINTED floating heads. Cheap photoshopped pictures, be them floating heads or, well, like above, are never good. I love what they mentioned on the BD podcast about how studios have to pay a lot for the ad work, which includes posters and potential DVD/blu-ray art, and how if it’s going to be THAT expensive, it shouldn’t be half-assed. I guess that’s how they get you, though. Minimal work for big bucks. Easiest job in the world. Makes me miss those days where everybody used to hire the starving artists straight out of college who painted all those wonderful posters/VHS cover art we used to see on video store shelves. You can tell each and every one of those artists worked their asses off on those pieces, even if the movies didn’t equal half that effort(even the most crappiest horror movies had some awesome poster/VHS art that made it seem better than it was and GOT you interested enough to give it a watch).
