DC Comics is giving it all they go this Halloween, launching a bunch of ripe new horror stories. Lot 13 is a book that has been on our radar for quite some time, combining the talents of horror masters Steve Niles and artist Glenn Fabry.

The series offers a new take on the undead, following a family who uncover something ghastly in a mysterious apartment complex. The artwork is absolutely stunning, it’s some of the best Fabry has put out which is saying a lot. Below we’ve got an exclusive preview of “Lot 13″ #1 that is set to hit the stores on Halloween day, 2012.
