Last night, TJ and myself were playing some good ole’ Minecraft when it struck me that I need to YouTube “Minecraft Silent Hill” to see if anything pops up. I was not disappointed in the slightest. Turns out users are creating Silent Hill-inspired adventure maps and texture packs galore, bringing the horror of one of our favorite towns to the blocky smash hit.

But perhaps one of my favorite little finds came from YouTube user Joslock, who recreated a portion of the infamous Silent Hill 2 song “Promise” using note blocks. It’s not the full song, but it’s still really impressive and I’m willing to bet it was beyond time consuming. Check it out below!
