Exclusive Artistic Alternate One-Sheets For IFC’s ‘Would You Rather’

IFC has provided Bloody with an exclusive look at a pair of alternate posters for David Guy Levy’s Would You Rather, which stars Brittany Snow (Prom Night), Jeffrey Combs (Re-Animator) and Sasha Grey.

The film is currently available in select theaters, on cable VOD and other digital outlets including SundanceNow.

In the film, “In the wake of her parent’s death, Iris (Snow) struggles to make ends meet while caring for her terminally ill younger brother. Shepard Lambrick (Combs), a seemingly philanthropic aristocrat, expresses an interest in helping them. When he invites her to an exclusive dinner party, she accepts. Also attending the dinner party are seven more desperate individuals. They soon find themselves trapped in Lambrick’s mansion and forced to play a sadistic game of Would You Rather, where the winner will be awarded untold amounts of money. As the game progresses, the dilemmas Iris and the other players face grow increasingly deadly.

Meh. Looks like it might be worth a rental.

I like the second one quite a but. For the most part I enjoyed the movie, the only issues I had were 1) It wasn’t ballsy enough (they had plenty opportunities to give us some good shock but they were all wasted moments. ie: The eye/razor scene, one characters demise consisted of the same thing we had just seen with another character, they really could have done anything) 2) Sasha Grey, it is painful to watch her attempt to act out her very few lines.
Other than that I felt like I got my monies worth on the rental.

This might be a strange comment, but I just switched from Comcast to Dish about a month ago…does Dish have a VOD platform where I can access movies like this? I hope someone will be able to help me out. Thanks!

Man,, been off the grid for a week and catching up on BD. Trying not to be negative, but this movie just let me down. By the end of the film I lost connection with all of the characters and the supposed, well, whatever ending just left me throwing in the movie ‘The Raid’ to get that hype I was searching for.
