Chop Your Way Into ‘Axe Giant: The Wrath of Paul Bunyan’

LOL. Hey, why not actually? There’s a ton of slashers ripping off the same old sh*t, at least Axe Giant: The Wrath of Paul Bunyan seems to have something new to offer. It’s from director Gary Jones (Boogeyman 3) and will be distributed by Virgil Films, who will handle domestic DVD and VOD, and Archstone Distribution who will handle foreign sales. Cinema Purgatorio will handle the domestic dates, even if that doesn’t sound like it would be their bag what with the Italian name and all.

In the film, “ Kids at a first-offenders boot camp discover that the legend of Paul Bunyan is real but is much more horrifying than they could have imagined. They incur the wrath of the 15-foot monstrous giant, who was banished from town 100 years ago and thought dead.

We’ll keep you in the loop on release info. Head inside for the trailer and poster. Dig the Hans Zimmer type score!
