Well that was fast.
Bloody Disgusting, always on the hunt for new international gems, has discovered that Kadokawa is already in post-production on Sadako 3D 2, the 3-D sequel to Ringu‘s big return to Japanese theaters on August 30th. This is yet another sequel to the infamous Ringu, which swamped multiple sequels, as well as the U.S. remake and its sequel.
Tsutomu Hanabusa is once again directing.
“Fuko Ando (Miori Takimoto) is a 24-years-old graduate student in psychology. She is then tasked to take care of her 4-year-old niece. Soon, mysterious events occur around her niece.
