Directed by Greg Ford and Terry Lennon, below is the incredible Looney Tunes’ 1987 short film “The Duxorcist.”
Featuring the legendary voice talents of Mel Blanc and B.J. Ward, Daffy Duck is a professional paranormal investigator come to help a possessed damsel in distress.
“Daffy Duck has opened his own “paranormalist-at-large” exorcism service, and his first client is an alluring lady duck, who is possessed by evil spirits that cause her to metamorphose at random into a hostile, ugly beast.” -IMDB
What a lot of people don’t know is that this short was released theatrically in the USA with Martin Ritt’s Nuts, starring Barbra Streisand, Richard Dreyfuss and Maureen Stapleton, which made it worth the admission price.
The short is also included in “Daffy Duck’s Quackbusters,” a 1988 Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies film with a compilation of classic Warner Bros. Cartoons shorts and animated bridging sequences, starring Daffy Duck. It is the final Looney Tunes project in which Mel Blanc provided the voices of the characters. The film was released to theaters by Warner Bros. Pictures on September 24, 1988. -Wiki
