‘District 9’ Star Wakes Up In Terrifying ‘Open Grave’ With Trailer, Art and Stills!!!

Not to be confused with the 2010 Open Graves starring Mike Vogel and Eliza Dushku, it looks like the Nala Films-produced Open Grave is getting released.

Bloody reader ‘Fabien M.’ sent us links to an Italian trailer, art and the first stills for the Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego-directed thriller that centers on a man who wakes up in a remote wilderness with no memory in a pit full of dead bodies and must determine if the murderer is one of the strangers who rescued him, or if he himself is the killer.

The movie was made back in 2012 after years in development, and stars Oldboy and District 9‘s Sharlto Copley, Thomas Kretschmann, Josie Ho, Joseph Morgan, Erin Richards, and Max Wrottesley.

Personally, I think the trailer looks absolutely terrible, but I do like the stills and the concept. Hopefully, the trailer editor just blows…

Lopez-Gallego helmed the awful Apollo 18 for Dimension Films.
