Preview: Colin Lorimer Does ‘Clockwork Orange’ Meets ‘Carrie’ In Dark Horse’s ‘UXB’

Artist Colin Lorimer, known for his work on the break-out Image/Shadowline series “Harvest”, has announced that Dark Horse comics will publish his original graphic novel, “UXB”, on October 2nd. “UXB” made its debut in “Dark Horse Presents” #10 as a dark, dystopian, post-apocalyptic serial about three brothers grafted to powerful “lifesuits”. They squat in Buckingham Palace and load up on movies, video games, and porn. But when the city’s scavengers rise against them, the brothers discover their suits aren’t just for survival. Will they save the future or bollocks it?

You can check out this awesome video trailer and some preview pages below.

Colin Lorimer promises the series will have “Blood, guts and a healthy dose of Sci-fi/horror. It is very graphic in it’s content and language sort of like Clockwork Orange meets Carrie type of thing. It’s a real mind-fuck that I think readers will enjoy it.”

Anyone wishing to pre-order “UXB” can do so at their local comic shop or online.
