See the Wrath of the Red Machine In First ‘Endangered’ Stills!

2-endangered

Releasing in Germany as Red Machine on March 28 is Saw V director David Hackl’s Endangered.

In the film, Billy Bob Thornton, James Marsden and Scott Glenn set out on a perilous adventure, hunting for a rogue Grizzly bear (aka the “Red Machine”) that is also hunting them. The first official stills have been released in conjunction with the international date. We get a good look at Marsden, a slashed up Thornton, and some pretty awesome gore (see above).

In the action thriller Endangered, a deputy whose mission is protecting the threatened grizzly bear suddenly finds himself conflicted when a massive rogue grizzly wreaks havoc on a local Alaskan community. Enlisting the help of his estranged brother, he enters the labyrinthian Grizzly Maze to track down his wife who’s gone missing before the bear does. As the body count mounts, and an infamous bear hunter enters the fray determined to take down the bear he’s been waiting for his whole life, no one is safe in the harsh Alaskan wilds.

Open Road is allegedly releasing here in the States.

This looks to be good. some good gore and some reality tossed in but………

Im still pissed we have not had a good ocean based horror movie since jaws 1. My logic is humans have the means to avoid shit like this (endangered) in the woods , really we have what it takes to get around a situation like this.
in the ocean….we are dead fuckin meat.

why do we not have a nature run amuck with sharks at this point in 2013 other then sharknado.

Im not so obsessed (anymore) with the meg thing as i could only imagine what it would take to get a giant 50 foot shark to be taken seriously…..it wouldnt really think of you as any source of danger.

but damnit…. studios lets think like humans. The dark unknown is the scariest thing ever and some money needs to be tossed in the bucket damnit.

it worked in the 70s and now that practical and digital have advanced lets acknowledge it.

This movie (endangered) seems kind of scary to me , the ocean seems very frightening to me……..

a dude with a knife , well ill kick his fuckin ass.

a ghost….yeah ill probably ignore it , they only want me to know….psshh

    i could go on…

still i cant wait for this , endangered looks like a movie that may get it right and dislodge hkls lame hate by the inet/ scenester community for making a saw movie that was a paycheck…

by the way saw 1 had a good idea the rest was corporate bullshit as usual.
