Electronic rock band Linkin Park has released a short in-studio video (probably filmed on a cellphone) that features a clip of new music. From the very short clip, it actually sounds pretty intense. It’s definitely heavier than the vast majority of songs the band has released over the last several years. Head on down to give it a listen.
In the clip, there is a brief moment where guitarist Brad Delson has a yellow pad in front of him that has the words “The Hunting Party” written on it. It also has the numbers “6 14”. It’s easy to speculate that “The Hunting Party” could be the name of the album. However June 14th is a hard sell on a release date as that falls on a Saturday and albums almost always are released on Tuesdays.
The band’s last studio release was 2012’s Living Things, which I was not a fan of. You can read my review here.
