Australian rockers AC/DC have issued a formal statement via their Facebook tackling the rumors of their retirement due to guitarist and founding member Malcolm Young’s recent stroke. Both good and bad news has come forth as it’s been confirmed that Young will be “…taking a break from the band due to ill health.” However, the group vows to continue on and state that they, “…will continue to make music.” A new album will be the first since 2008’s Black Ice.
We send our best wishes to Malcolm Young and hope for a speedy recovery.
