You Must Watch ‘Mockingbird’ This Halloween! (Exclusive Images)

It’s seriously nuts that there’s no PR behind The Strangers director Bryan Bertino’s Mockingbird, which is on various VOD platforms as of a few weeks ago. The movie is fucking bonkers, and crazy scary (read the first ever review).

Anyways, I’m demanding that you guys watch it on Halloween weekend as I promise it’s the perfect VOD rental for those looking for something new to watch. Even seasoned horror fans will be freaked at some of the set pieces Bertino puts on screen. The only real detriment is that it’s unnecessarily a found-footage movie, so know that going in and all the better.

We loved the movie so much we begged for some new imagery, so here’s some exclusive stills to get you even more intrigued. Play the game or you’ll die.

Three individuals each receive an anonymous, unmarked video camera and a horrific ultimatum to continue filming… or die. Experience the terror through the eyes of these unsuspecting victims, with a chain of found-footage events so real and absolutely dreadful, you’ll have to watch it again to believe it.

Todd Stashwick (“Justified,” “Heroes”), Audrey Marie Anderson, and Alexa Lydon star.
